Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of digital content across our platforms. You will apply content policies meticulously, ensuring consistency in handling procedures and enforcing client terms of use. Your keen ability to discern nuances in digital communication will be instrumental in accurately moderating reports of abuse and inappropriate content.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate various types of digital content such as videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.
  • Apply content policies to assess age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Participate actively in wellness programs and training sessions aimed at personal and professional development.
  • Adhere strictly to security measures, confidentiality agreements, and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew (reading and speaking).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a high level of empathy.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to political and social issues relevant to the Dutch market.

Additional Details:

  • Work Environment: 24/7 rotational shifts (night shifts approximately 3 nights per month), 8-hour workday, 40-hour workweek, 2 days off rotationally per week
  • Location: On-site in Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Relocation package:
  • - Flight tickets to Thessaloniki will be bought in advance by the company
    - Taxi transfer to hotel
    - 2 weeks hotel stay
    - Assistance issuing hiring documentation (for candidates who have not worked in Greece previously)
    - Up to 350 gross for the real estate agency fee (for when they find their permanent accommodation)

Compensation

  • Monthly gross salary of 1450 EUR (14 salaries annually)
  • lunch vouchers 85 EUR monthly
    Transportation allowance 65 EUR monthly
  • Private health care.

Important Notes:
