Position Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by managing communications with drivers and ensuring smooth vehicle transportation logistics. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high service levels through effective driver coordination and assignment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers in German to assign and coordinate vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor and resolve issues arising from driver assignment refusals.
- Persuade drivers to accept delivery assignments through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion.
Language Requirements:
- Native fluency in German.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and documentation purposes.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly base salary of 1100 EUR gross per 14 months, totaling 15,400 EUR per annum.
- Meal allowance of 7.23 EUR net per day, equating to 1,908.72 EUR per annum.
- Role complement of 100 EUR per 12 months, totaling 1,200 EUR per annum.
- Health insurance provided from day one, becoming free after 6 months of employment.

Working Schedule:
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM to 6PM.
- 40-hour working week
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics management is a plus.
