The Role
Join our vibrant, multilingual BPO center as a Customer Experience Specialist! As a key player in our mission to deliver international service excellence, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients in the travel industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.
- Assist airline customers with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, and claims.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating a strong commitment to issue resolution.
- Uphold a positive and empathetic approach, building trust and rapport with each customer.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
- Strong written and spoken Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level) language skills.
- A passion for customer service and a proven ability to exceed expectations.
- Experience in a BPO/contact center environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a valuable asset.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a winning team.

Salary & Schedule
- 4 370 RON net salary, including base salary, and meal tickets (25 RON/day)
- Private medical subscription + transport settlement
- Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (fully on-site)
- Office location: Bucharest
- No relocation package is available
Italian (C1) & English (B2) Required
We prefer candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support, call centers, or the hospitality industry. However, recent graduates with no work experience are also encouraged to apply!
