Hotel Purchasing Support Specialist (French, Lisbon)

We are seeking a French-native speaker with strong English skills to join our team as a Hotel Purchasing Support Specialist in Lisbon! In this role, you will provide technical support to hoteliers and suppliers using our hotel supplier platform. You will troubleshoot various issues related to platform access, product purchase, and sales. You will also advise hoteliers on finding suitable suppliers and recommend products.

Language Requirements: French (Native) + English (C1)

Contract: CDD (6 months) with possible renewal

Location: Oriente, Lisbon (Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote after a mandatory 6-week on-site period)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with 2 days off: Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 12 530 EUR gross annually
• Performance Bonus: 1 800 EUR annually
• Complexity Bonus: 825 EUR annually
• Meal Allowance: 1908,72  EUR annually
• Transportation Allowance: 240  EUR annually
• Health Insurance: Free after 6 months (coverage since day 1)
• Relocation Package:
  • Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR in economy class (after 6 months)
  • Discounted apartment rent (280 EUR per month) for 12 months
