Customer Success Representative Advertisers Support (Spanish Market)

Location: Lisbon, City Center
Schedule: Rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary: Up to 1,366.17 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, bonuses, and food allowance)

The Role

Youll be the go-to expert for advertisers and agencies, solving technical challenges, reporting bugs, and providing guidance on maximizing the advertising platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment where youll make a real impact on client success.

‍ Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
• Report bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on leveraging the advertising platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.

Compensation & Benefits

• Training Program:
  • Duration: 15 working days (8 hours/day, schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30).
  • Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week
• Salary Package:
  • With company accommodation: 1,040.66 EUR gross/month (including room allowance).
  • Without accommodation: 1,366.17 EUR gross/month.
  • Includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.

Schedule

• Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
• Days Off: Two days off per week (scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance).
