• Are a native Italian speaker with strong English (B2)
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Have previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service (a plus)
• Are comfortable providing customer support through various channels: Social Media, Chat, Email, and a small percentage of calls.
