Join our dynamic team as a Client Services Coordinator for a global leader in home appliances. You'll be part of a company that develops innovative products based on deep consumer insights, enhancing everyday living through advanced culinary expertise and consumer-centric solutions.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 to 19:00
  • Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day per week
  • Base Salary: 11,900 EUR per annum
  • Meal Allowance: 1,908.72 EUR per annum
  • Transport Allowance: 240 EUR per annum
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100 per month, 1,200 EUR per annum

Additional Benefits:

  • Welcome Bonus: 2,000 EUR
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day one, free after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a correct, polite, and friendly reception to customers following Quality Guidelines and KPIs.
  • Offer customers appropriate information and solutions aligned with their queries, following company procedures.
  • Maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer and company needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all operational aspects.

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with a B2 level of English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
