Salary package:
- Monthly base salary: 1000 EUR gross
- 2 extra month salaries per year
- Annual base salary: 14000 EUR
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908,72 EUR per annum
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month, 240 EUR per annum
- Annual income: 17 588,72 EUR , including base salary, meal and transport allowance
- Performance Bonus: 120 EUR per month, 1440 EUR per annum
- Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational)
Saturday and Sunday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with 1-hour launch brreak, 5 days per week
As a Customer Support Specialist for a prominent client, where you'll manage customer inquiries about product features, technical issues, and more. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity. Accurately document interactions and maintain data integrity in our systems. Adapt quickly to changes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Offer pre-sales advice, address general inquiries, and provide technical support.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Manage your own ticket queue and follow team directives.
- Maintain flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide constructive feedback on support materials.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluence in Italian
- Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
