We are a leading financial institution specializing in facilitating online store payments and managing finance agreements, dedicated to delivering superior customer service.

Language Requirements:

Proficient in German and English

Training:

Training Period: 7 days (09:00 17:45), including a 3-day nesting phase

Salary:

Starting Salary: 1350 EUR gross per month (after 10.95% deductions) 

Salary after 6 months: 1400 EUR gross per month

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and back-office operations 

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally (Sales not required)

Bonuses:

Performance-based bonuses up to 250 EUR based on achieving 3 KPI Gatekeepers/Monitoring Results

Working Hours:

Shifts vary between 09:00 and 23:00 Weekend shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 Required to work 2 weekends per month (full weekend or split shifts)

Breaks:

1x 45-minute unpaid break 2x 15-minute paid breaks

Bank Holidays:

Local policy offers additional day off or extra pay for working on bank holidays

Relocation Options:

Option 1: Organize your own accommodation and flight, receive 1000 EUR from the company

Option 2: Arrange your own flight (refund up to 300) Stay in company-provided accommodation for up to two months: First month free Second month: 100 (optional) Early departure from company accommodation incurs a daily fee of 13, deducted from the 300 allowance, with the balance transferred to your bank account
