About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Polish and English speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth brand experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat in both Polish and English.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing detailed solutions.
  • Researching and resolving complex customer inquiries.
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service and building rapport with customers.

  • Salary options: if work from home - 3500 BGN gross if hybrid in Athens 3400 BGN gross
