About the Role
As a Customer Service Order Management Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, maintaining data integrity, and resolving complex billing issues. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base salary 1578 euros gross, including meal allowance
- Paid time off, including:
- Sick leave (100% of pay for the first 3 days of a state paid leaves)
- Vacation days (25 days of vacation and the state mandated)

What You'll Do
- Receive and distribute incoming customer orders
- Communicate order entry and fulfillment issues with internal teams
- Ensure order accuracy throughout the entire process, from entry to delivery
- Resolve complex customer billing issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Pricing Team, and Accounts Receivable to maintain accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge base updates
- Provide support to other Customer Service team members
- Follow up on internal holds related to customer credits
- Understand proper case handling procedures and business unit responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level)
- Experience working with ERP systems (experience with common enterprise software a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with an additional European language a plus
- Accuracy, timeliness, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Basic Excel skills
- Professional and ethical demeanor
Contract Details
- Temporary employment contract (directly with the company)
- Initial duration of 12 months
- Option to extend for an additional 12 months
- Work hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00 17:00
