Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our Bulgaria team. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating content and advertisements posted on our platform, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Moderate content and advertisements for adherence to company policies and industry regulations. This may include content containing violence.
Identify and escalate potential risks associated with content and advertisements.
Collaborate with internal teams to address identified risks and ensure a safe and appropriate user experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all moderation activities.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
