Location: Athens, office

Salary: 1,045.72 EUR per month (14 months), 14,640.08 EUR per annum gross
Performance Bonus: Up to 160 EUR monthly

Working Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 07:00-22:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Immerse yourself in our platform's community standards, handling user inquiries and enforcing Terms of Use with precision and empathy.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate reported issues thoroughly, responding promptly and accurately to maintain platform safety and user satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze user data to identify trends, suggesting enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to reason and analyze data effectively.
  • Educational Background: Some college education preferred; military experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong affinity for the social and political landscape of the French market, critical for nuanced policy decisions.
