As a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll contribute to the development and execution of growth marketing strategies, supporting our team in achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
• Support the creation and execution of growth marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
• Contribute to A/B testing and optimization initiatives
• Assist in data analysis and reporting

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in German and English
• Enrolled in a relevant university degree or recent graduate
• Strong interest in growth marketing and digital advertising
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
