B2B Customer Success Consultant (French & English) Sofia, office

We're looking for a talented B2B Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you'll leverage your fluency in French and English to provide exceptional customer care and non-technical support for our B2B cloud-based applications.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot non-technical issues with our cloud applications
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
