German Digital Content Moderator

We are looking for a meticulous Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will be pivotal in upholding content quality and safety on our platform, ensuring compliance with guidelines to enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content following established guidelines.
• Assess reported content, taking appropriate actions like editing or escalating.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries related to content moderation.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance moderation processes and guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends for effective content moderation and community management.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2) and proficiency in English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including evenings.
