If so, then we want YOU on our team! We're looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Tech Support Specialist (German) to join our Barcelona office in Selva de Mar.
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice and technical expert for our German B2C customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to our car electrical chargers.
- Become a product whiz and master problem-solving with a smile.
- Manage customer expectations and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Ensure smooth service delivery by meeting and exceeding our SLAs.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address potential service issues.
- Take ownership of your workload and contribute to a positive team environment.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Native fluency in German and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- A keen ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Knowledge of the car electronics industry.
