About the job Multilingual Customer Care Agent (German, remote)
Location: Braga, Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM), with 2 days off (Sunday and 1 rotational day)
Type of Contract: CDD (Contrat à Durée Déterminée) - 6 months
Base Salary: 1010 EUR per 14 months
Performance Bonus: 140 EUR per 12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)
Work Environment: Remote

Profile:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level) to join our dynamic team. Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
