The Role:

  • Remotely support our thriving community from the comfort of your home in Athens, Greece.
  • Become a trusted advisor, delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service through chat, email, and inbound calls.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

  • Provide detailed and informative responses, closing the loop with updates and educational resources for each workflow.

  • Maintain prompt communication, offering swift responses and additional information regarding workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams, identifying and escalating any performance issues for resolution.
  • Contribute to a seamless user experience by providing additional assistance with non-ticket issue escalation.

  • Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency.
