About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers encounter first. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their holiday planning journey is smooth and enjoyable.

• Be a Travel Hero! Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to make every customer feel valued.
• Become a Product Expert. Dive deep into our extensive portfolio of holiday homes across Europe. You'll be a walking encyclopedia, ready to recommend the perfect place for every traveler.
• Unlock Sales Potential. Identify upselling opportunities, showcasing our add-on services and last-minute deals to create the ultimate holiday experience.
• Embrace Technology. Utilize our innovative customer support systems to efficiently handle inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

We're Looking For You If You're A...

• Customer Service Champion: You have at least 6 months of experience exceeding expectations in customer support, a call center environment, or the hospitality industry.
• Language Enthusiast: French fluency is a must! Plus English.
• Sales Whiz: You have a natural ability to connect with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working towards shared goals.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using computers and customer support software.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary package:
  • Base monthly salary: 4387 Ron net
  • WFO/WFH Allowance: 400 Ron net monthly
  • Meal tickets: 25 Ron net

• Hybrid work schedule: Monday - Friday: 09:00 18:00 (2 days at the office, 3 days remotely)
