Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Internal Audits: Perform internal audits based on security requirements and certifications such as ISO 27001.
  • Compliance with Data Protection: Ensure adherence to local data protection requirements.
  • Contract Compliance Audits: Regularly audit contracts to validate compliance with agreed terms.
  • Certifications Deployment: Implement and maintain certifications like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.
  • Collaboration and Gap Closure: Interact cross-functionally to address audit findings and close gaps effectively.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on data privacy and information security awareness.
  • Fraud Investigation: Independently investigate fraud cases and prepare detailed investigation reports.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct annual process risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in driving and implementing risk and compliance policies, preferably in the BPO/SSC industry.
  • Education: Graduate in any specialization.
  • Audit Skills: Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing compliance with certifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
