Role Overview

The Regional Technical Manager – Monogastric (APAC) is a senior regional role responsible for providing technical leadership in poultry and swine nutrition across Asia-Pacific.

The position bridges nutrition science, field application, and commercial execution, supporting customer success and strengthening technical credibility in the region.

This role works closely with feed mills, integrators, distributors, and key opinion leaders, translating global strategies into practical, market-relevant nutritional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional technical authority in monogastric nutrition, supporting poultry and swine production systems.
• Provide technical training, field support, and troubleshooting for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Design and support customer trials, product evaluations, and technical validations, including data analysis and reporting.
• Build strong technical relationships with key customers, consultants, universities, and industry stakeholders across APAC.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams on technical positioning, market entry, and product launches.
• Deliver technical presentations at customer meetings, seminars, and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in monogastric nutrition, technical services, or related roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of poultry and/or swine nutrition and production systems in APAC markets.
• Experience working with feed mills, integrators, premix or feed additive companies is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical credibility as an animal nutritionist with a practical, field-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex nutritional concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Comfortable supporting commercial teams without being sales-driven.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the APAC region.
