Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines distributor network and country-level sales approach in alignment with regional leadership
  • Implements effective commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Prepares and manages annual sales plans and budgets
  • Expands product sales and strengthens market presence
  • Oversees and coordinates all sales activities across assigned markets
  • Supports distributors through regular engagement, training and participation in industry events
  • Develops new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding customers and partners
  • Maintains close communication with customers and distributors, ensuring consistent support
  • Conducts frequent market visits to strengthen relationships and drive performance
  • Trains and guides distributor teams on product positioning and application
  • Identifies and manages key accounts, offering tailored support where needed.
  • Supports regulatory processes including product, trademark, and patent registrations.
  • Oversees sample handling, logistics, lab coordination and receivables
  • Contributes to field trials and data collection activities
  • Assesses market trends, identifies growth opportunities and tracks competitor activity.
  • Represents the company at industry events, conferences and seminars
  • Takes on additional commercial activities to support sales and market development objectives

Skills and experience:

  • Veterinary background preferred, with 10+ years in feed additives
  • Experience with specialty additives (e.g. mycotoxin solutions, phytogenics, fiber-based products)
  • Strong exposure to key accounts within the livestock industry
  • Focus on swine and/or poultry segments
  • Commercially driven with solid technical understanding
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
  • Farm-level experience considered an advantage
