Swan Smash Repairs, a family-run automotive repair business in Perth, is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our professional team. With 30+ years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repairs for private, insurance, fleet, and custom work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow
• Apply paint materials, primers, base colours, clears and "DG/2k" colours
• Mix custom colours and match to factory colours
• Prep new panels and repaired sections as required
• De-nib and polish as needed
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in using various types of spray guns and paint systems
• Expert colour matching and blending techniques
• Knowledge of different paint types and their applications
• Understanding of proper surface preparation techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in automotive painting

What We're Looking For:

• Certified trade qualification or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• 5+ years experience as a qualified painter
• Smash repair experience required
• Experience in full resprays and custom work is a bonus
