Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited Is Australias Only Hydrous Kaolin Producer And Exploration Company Listed On The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:SUV). We currently have a position available for a Logistics Coordinator / Supply and Distribution Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing various aspects of logistics, including transportation, documentation, coordination with production teams, and process enhancement to facilitate smooth supply chain operations. Tasks including but not limited to:

• Freight Management: Managing the tendering of ocean and inland freight for both domestic and export purposes.

• Order Processing: Coordinating order intake and processing within the ERP system (QIS system initially, transitioning to Oracle NetSuite) is a shared responsibility.

• Export Logistics: This includes arranging vessel bookings, container arrangements, and coordinating domestic delivery to customers.

• Export Documentation: Preparation of various export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, quarantine declarations, and pallet certificates for customer requirements.

• Export Declarations and Coordination: Coordinating and ensuring timely completion of export declarations to facilitate the smooth delivery of products to the wharf within stipulated timelines.

• Logistics Record Maintenance: Ensuring the timely update and maintenance of logistics records is crucial for both roles.

• Trucking and Container Movement: Coordinating and managing all trucking and container movements falls under the purview of both roles.

• Production Coordination: Communication with production teams to align with production schedules, ensuring orders are met, and shipped on time.

• Purchase Order Monitoring: Monitoring all purchase orders and collaborating with production teams to ensure adequate delivery timeframes.

• Collaboration and Liaison: Working closely with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and production units to manage the delivery of both domestic and overseas shipments.

• Process Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of logistics processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• General Support: Providing support to various teams like Logistics, Trade Support, Export Execution, Finance, and Trading, as required, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
Suitable certification or relevant experience.

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment.

• Skills:
  Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Attention to detail is crucial for tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
  Familiarity with logistics software, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing circumstances are vital for success in this dynamic role.
  Excel in multitasking, collaboration, and maintaining efficiency throughout the logistics process.
