We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, implement and evaluate integrated marketing and business development strategies that promote our brand and drive commercial growth. This position combines creativity, data analysis, and technical understanding of industrial storage systems, requiring close collaboration with the sales, product, and technical teams to develop effective campaigns and customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and lead-generation plans to strengthen brand awareness and drive growth.
Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
Create compelling digital and print content for websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
Manage SEO, PPC, and social advertising campaigns, tracking analytics and performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and case studies.
Translate technical product features and warehouse efficiency benefits into clear value messages for clients.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company visibility and generate leads.
Analyse marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Maintain current knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and storage system technologies, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications (or Relevant Experience):
Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in a comparable role.
Proven professional experience in marketing and business development within the B2B, industrial, or technical product sectors.
Demonstrated understanding of racking, shelving, warehouse, and logistics solutions, with the ability to communicate technical details clearly.
Experience managing digital campaigns, CRM systems, and analytics or automation platforms.
Strong record of meeting growth objectives through innovative and integrated marketing strategies.
