The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, working proactively to resolve issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide frontline customer communication and support across various channels.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues while coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Manage customer negotiations and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or customer handling roles.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in international airports or star-class hotels (local or overseas) will be highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
