Senior NetSuite Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on expertise in customizing, enhancing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, optimizing business processes, and integrating NetSuite with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlows, Workflows, and Custom Records.
• Customize and configure various NetSuite modules based on business requirements.
• Develop RESTlet/SOAP integrations and manage third-party application integrations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and functional defects.
• Support NetSuite release updates, testing, and documentation preparation.
• Create saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports tailored for different departments.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain system security controls.
• Participate in end-to-end solution design, implementation, and optimization efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Developer.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (both 1.0 & 2.x) development.
• Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Web Services, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite workflows, forms, scripts, roles, and permissions.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, etc.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON, HTML, SQL, and related technologies.
• Ability to work with functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system issues.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite implementation or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and NetSuite Administration.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• NetSuite certifications (Developer / ERP Consultant) are an added advantage.
