Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and fast-moving Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment business by hiring talent for client companies across multiple industries and functions. This is a true 360-degree recruitment role, covering business development support, client management, sourcing, screening, coordination, and placement delivery.

The ideal person will be highly responsive, organized, commercially aware, and able to work with urgency while maintaining a strong candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy intake to successful placement.
  • Partner with clients to understand role requirements, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates on pipeline status, candidate feedback, and hiring progress.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner and ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience.
  • Respond quickly to client requirements and adjust sourcing strategy based on urgency and priorities.

Talent Sourcing and Delivery

  • Work proactively to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Identify high-potential candidates even before vacancies are officially opened.
  • Move quickly to engage qualified talent and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Ensure all candidate data and activity are accurately maintained in the ATS or recruitment tracker.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Track recruitment progress and maintain clear records of candidate status and client feedback.
  • Support weekly updates and hiring reports as required.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or role challenges early and with clear recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency-style hiring.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and responsiveness.
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence in approaching passive candidates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and common recruitment tools.
