Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS updates

  • Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance

  • Coordinate office administration, vendors, and facilities

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field

  • 0–2 years experience in HR Operations/Admin (internships considered)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office; exposure to HRMIS is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
