Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Executive – HR & Admin to support daily HR operations and office administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS updates

Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance

Coordinate office administration, vendors, and facilities

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting
Requirements

Degree in HR or related field

0–2 years experience in HR Operations/Admin (internships considered)

Good knowledge of MS Office; exposure to HRMIS is an advantage

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
