About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Delivery to lead and manage service delivery across all our client accounts. You will be the key client-facing leader responsible for ensuring seamless execution, maintaining high standards, and driving customer satisfaction across all engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee delivery across multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget goals are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions that align with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and ongoing operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic direction on service offerings and growth in line with client needs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to align delivery with expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Head of Delivery or similar leadership role, preferably in a B2B service company.
  • Strong background in client delivery and solution management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills a confident client-facing professional.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects across time zones.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
