Senior Python Developer

Skaleart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building robust data-driven solutions in the cloud.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and data pipelines using Python and related frameworks.
• Architect and implement solutions on AWS, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help maintain high code quality across the team.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with any modern Python framework (e.g., Django,Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Background in distributed systems or microservices architecture.
