Full Stack Engineer-(Golang+Python+React)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance core product features used daily by customers. The ideal candidate will work across the stack developing intuitive user interfaces, robust backend services, and scalable infrastructure. You will also be expected to leverage modern AI coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack product features (frontend, backend, and database).
• Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React or similar modern frameworks with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js or similar frameworks, integrating with internal and third-party systems.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to model entities, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver features utilizing AI capabilities.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for implementation, testing, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining ownership over code quality.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code supported by unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to shared engineering standards.
• Support system architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability to support fast and reliable releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver stable fixes.

• Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend Engineer in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (preferably React).
• Experience building backend services with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar), or ability to quickly adapt.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and ORMs/query builders.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs; GraphQL exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, authentication, authorization, performance, and security concepts.
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD practices, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools and eager to maximize their value.
• Awareness of how AI integrates into modern SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS, operations software, or workflow management tools.
• Exposure to construction, logistics, or other operationally intensive industries.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs (payments, logistics, ERPs, etc.).
