What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years  experience in the construction industry, specifically involving structural engineering projects such as new buildings, additions, or renovations. 
• Structural Analysis & Building Design – Experience performing structural analysis and designing building structures using concrete, steel, and timber.
• Structural Engineering Software – Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, RISA, or RAM for modeling and design.
• Knowledge of Structural Codes & Standards – Strong understanding of IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC codes to ensure compliant and safe structural designs.
• Construction Documents & Coordination – Experience preparing/reviewing structural drawings, calculations, and specifications, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and BIM teams.
• Construction Support & Shop Drawing Review – Ability to review shop drawings, submittals, and field issues, and support construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
