Furthermore, we are majority owned and governed by the founders while we also have strong anchor investors providing us with capital and support to grow at a fast pace.

Who We Want

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounts

• Manage accounting and finance activities to ensure compliance of accounting standards
• Perform Project Accounting processes during month-end such as cost allocation to projects, revenue accruals, and intercompany accruals
• Coordinate with external accounting consultants to ensure accurate accounts for all entities
• Perform Group Consolidation of financial reports and update monthly financial dashboard
• Review reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
• Manage and liaise with external auditors and tax
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

Project Accounting

• Allocate the cost to projects based on the data provided from the operations.
• Assist in more complex accounting closing process such as revenues by project.
• Assist the project team in performance management and project profitability analysis.

Budgeting/Forecasting

• Assist the VP Finance and Accounting with the annual budget process.
• Assist the VP Finance and Accounting with the Financial Model for fundraising activities.
• Prepare the short-term cash flow forecast.
• Prepare the short-term revenues forecast.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance is required.
• Experience as Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst is preferred.
• Big4 experience is a plus.
• Experience in project-related accounting is preferred.
• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and summarizing results is required.
• Capacity to think outside the box, innovate, and improve.
• High-level of energy, willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
• Software industry background is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
