We have developed the first version of our platform and solutions which are already deployed with paying clients in multiple countries. Furthermore, we are majority owned and governed by the founders while we also have strong anchor investors providing us with capital and support to grow at a fast pace.
Who We Want
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements to identify opportunities for SIRIUS solutions.
- Present and demonstrate SIRIUS products and services to clients, showcasing their value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized solutions addressing clients' needs.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with the sales team and management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on account progress, sales forecasts, and market insights to the sales team and management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns, serving as a point of escalation for critical situations.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
- Experience as an Account Manager in the FSI Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, products, and services, with a strong understanding of current technology trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English with attention to detail.
