About the job Sales Engineer (Lift/Elevator)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for the products marketing, sales activities and on-site support activities.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Actively participate tenders and BQs.
  • To support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
  • Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meeting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend customer complaint and resolve the complaint with professional response.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
  • Min 3 - 5 years experience in lift industries.
  • Strong verbal, written, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good time management
