Reporting to Sales Manager
Salary Range: Including sales incentive
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis on market trends/needs.
- Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.
- Prepare price estimation.
- Established new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Provide product, service to future customer quotation or prospects.
- Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients.
- Develop and maintain rapport on current approach/ strategy.
- Attend tender interview, proposal and price review.
- Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients.
- Assist consultants on lift design, dimensions and car construction.
- Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering.
- May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients).
- Only candidates from the lift/elevator industry (3-5 years of experience) with the capability to source and close clients.
- Prefer new product sales background, if not maintenance sales is fine as well.
- Must be willing to travel outstation.
- Able to work independently.
