JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend Front Office Operations such as being a Front-line Cashier, administrative work-related to bank reconciliation and support backend issuance of CODA receipts.
  • Attend inbound calls and provide excellent services to meet Customers expectations, handle administrative work related to inquiries from the departments email boxes /company's WhatsApp.
  • To promote Company app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions, promote insurance service and CRM during inbound calls.
  • To conduct telesales to cross-selling on CEDs products such as CRM and Insurance
  • To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when handling cash and transactions
  • Willing to learn and a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
