About the job HR Executive
Summary
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, payroll and administrative tasks in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and orientation into the company.
- Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee skill development.
- Handle employees payroll report, insurance, EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution.
- Help with office and clinic setting up
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, with a good understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
