Our client is a custom design premium promotion agency, serving top multinational clients across different countries. They are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  2. Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  7. Achieve sales targets given.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
  9. Regular update of companys information on website and other social media platforms.
  10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
  2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese (required for dealing with business partners in China)
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  5. Have a keen eye for new trends and products
  6. Fast learner and passion for sales
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  8. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  9. Diploma or higher in marketing or similar discipline
  10. Basic design skills to support the role
  11. Open to junior-level Sales Executives seeking growth opportunities
