Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh fruits
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment
• Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products
• Take and process orders accurately, including phone and online orders
• Prepare fruit samples for customers to taste
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock fruits and ensure proper product display
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
• Assist in stock inventory and report low-stock items
• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Passion for fresh fruits and healthy living
• Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required
