About the job Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support involving efficient handling of top and confidential documents.
- Attend to enquiries from phone calls.
- Prepare quotations and make follow up calls to customers on the enquiries made.
- Process sales order upon receiving purchase order from customers.
- Manage and coordinate delivery.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Able to use MS Office properly
- Computer Literacy
- Able to speak and understand both English and Chinese languages.
- Female preferred (due to all female colleagues)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (with or without any working experience)
- Age: 20-30 years old preferred
