Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing sales support involving efficient handling of top and confidential documents.
  • Attend to enquiries from phone calls.
  • Prepare quotations and make follow up calls to customers on the enquiries made.
  • Process sales order upon receiving purchase order from customers.
  • Manage and coordinate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Able to use MS Office properly
  • Computer Literacy
  • Able to speak and understand both English and Chinese languages.
  • Female preferred (due to all female colleagues)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (with or without any working experience)
  • Age: 20-30 years old preferred
