Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs
  • Publish job advertisements on social media, career pages and online job boards
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Generating strong candidate database for clients
  • Utilise a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including: database searching; referrals; advertising, amongst others
  • Preparing candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients
  • Updating clients on the hiring status of candidates (e.g. screened applications)
  • Managing clients portfolio and maintaining good relations with them
  • Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven
  • Respond proactively and positively to targets
  • Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
