About the job Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs
- Publish job advertisements on social media, career pages and online job boards
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Generating strong candidate database for clients
- Utilise a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including: database searching; referrals; advertising, amongst others
- Preparing candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients
- Updating clients on the hiring status of candidates (e.g. screened applications)
- Managing clients portfolio and maintaining good relations with them
- Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven
- Respond proactively and positively to targets
- Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology
- Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
