Job Description:

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL;
  • Process payments, cheques, online payment batches, and staff claims;
  • Process and record all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, expense claims, purchases, supplier payment certificate and delivery orders;
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage banking matters;
  • Providing administrative support, such as filing and data entry as needed;
  • Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation, organizing financial records, responding to auditor inquiries and following up on audit recommendations;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
