About the job Account Executive
Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL;
- Process payments, cheques, online payment batches, and staff claims;
- Process and record all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, expense claims, purchases, supplier payment certificate and delivery orders;
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage banking matters;
- Providing administrative support, such as filing and data entry as needed;
- Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation, organizing financial records, responding to auditor inquiries and following up on audit recommendations;
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
