Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital procurement teams.
- Promote and sell medical devices, surgical equipment, and disposables to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to medical staff, ensuring effective usage of surgical devices.
- Conduct pre- and post-sales visits to operating theaters (OT) to support healthcare providers with product usage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market share.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices, surgical equipment, or related fields.
- Experience in OT sales, surgical devices, or equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical procurement process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel as required to meet clients and attend surgical procedures.
