职责业务:
- 提供对董事的个人事务的支持(例如与车辆有关的事务,保险,银行以及家庭相关等)
- 策划并安排董事的工作行程
- 协助会议安排和记录,跟进决议事项
- 统筹和规划行政流程
- 管理批准文件,跟踪执行进展
- 协助规划董事的工作和个人日程,应对突发情况
- 需要愿意出差国外
- 安排住宿、交通、机票和签证等出行事宜
- 协助处理董事的个人事务和私人聘用
- 协调接待来访客户和管理私人活动

PA To the Director (Overseas Position base in United Kingdom)
Job Requirements:
- Strong enthusiasm for the service industry / VIP service background
- Proficiency in both Mandarin (an advantage) and English, showcasing excellent language expression skills
- Strong with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with flexibility and experience in overseeing entry-level staff
Additional Advantages:
- Proficient in PhotoShop
- Possession of an international driver's license
- Preferably achieved an IELTS test score of 6.5 or higher
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating work schedules.
- Managing meeting arrangement, including scheduling, notifications, minute-taking, and tracking resolutions
- Handling communication, integration, and strategic planning for administrative processes
- Organizing and distributing approval documentation, tracking implementation progress, and maintaining updated records
- Collaboration and effective communication with the team on diverse tasks
