About the job Customer Experience Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customers expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- To handle administrative and ad hoc tasks such as customer request for HP Agreement, registration card, help to wrap loyalty merchandize to send to customers, to archive the Insurance policies
- Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min SPM holder
- Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply
- Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
