RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customers expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
  • To handle administrative and ad hoc tasks such as customer request for HP Agreement, registration card, help to wrap loyalty merchandize to send to customers, to archive the Insurance policies
  • Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min SPM holder
  • Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply
  • Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
