Warehouse Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Design and tweak processes to ensure consistency and compliance in stock-handling policies, procedures and work standards within warehouse and with external suppliers.

2) Lead and motivate teams to aim for operational excellence in daily operations (receiving, picking, outgoing deliveries); Where necessary to implement changes to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

3) Roll out initiatives to meet all warehouse and operational KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking speed, delivery SLAs, etc)

4) Review and manage manpower requirements and third party contractors, if any.

5) Ensure daily consolidation of all invoices, outgoing and or balance deliveries are recorded for follow ups.

6) Continuous review of third party logistics service providers to ensure consistent service levels have been rendered to the Company and to external customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) At least 7 to 10 years working experience (with 5 years in managerial level) in warehousing or related field.

2) A must in in-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and able to adapt the knowledge to a new working environment.

3) Excellent people management skills.

4) Ability to work independently, organized, and good time management with tight timescales.

5) Passionate about customer service.
