Job Description:
We're seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and driving business growth through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Client Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to engage with prospects.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our learning & development solutions.
- Conduct consultations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to address their learning needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM software.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in client acquisition or sales, preferably in the learning & development industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management skills.
