Job Description:

We're seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and driving business growth through proactive client outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Prospecting:
    • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
    • Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to engage with prospects.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our learning & development solutions.
    • Conduct consultations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to address their learning needs.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM software.
    • Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition or sales, preferably in the learning & development industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management skills.
